A fun and mild Ethyl Acetate decaf from Sebastian Ramirez, you'll not recognize this as Castillo. In the cup you'll find tangerine acidity, accompanied with a tea profile that reminded us of raspberry leaf, and a wild strawberry sweetness that brings with it just a touch of funk. Drink it hot, iced, or as espresso. You can read more about this coffee and Sebastian Ramirez here.
Sold in 115g bags.

Got a Switch? Pour the hot water in first so it cools toward 75°C, add the grounds, mix gently, steep 10 s, then open and continue from the second pour (hit 160 g after taring). The cold bloom tames fermenty notes. On a Deep27: 8 g : 120 g, 6 × 20 ml pours.
