Long Miles Auction - Gitwe Natural
Long Miles Auction - Gitwe Natural
Couldn't load pickup availability
Our first release of the auction lots we won during the 2026 Long Miles Private Auction and its an entirely accidental one. An accident it may be but it sure is a happy one. We have just one roasted batch of it on hand and we're putting it up for early access for our subscribers. Our full launch of this coffee is likely a decent while away so this is your chance to grab it early.
This is a squeaky clean natural from Gitwe farm processed at Heza Washing Station by the Long Miles Team. Grown at a staggering altitude of 1,900 to 2,100 meters, this coffee represents the combined passion and dedication of local Gitwe smallholder families working alongside Long Miles founders Ben and Kristy Carlson.
While Burundi is traditionally famous for its washed coffees, natural processing requires painstaking attention to detail at this extreme elevation, making top scoring auction lots like this incredibly rare and highly prized.
