La Reb Pikudo Tabi

Another anoxic natural from Pikudo , this time featuring the Tabi varietal. Similarly juicy to the Pikudo coffee we featured previously though a whole lot lighter than last time.

Varietal: Tabi [bourbon x typica x timor]

Region: Palestina, Huila, Colombia 

Process: Anoxic Natural - Picking very ripe to overripe cherries, with up to 12 hrs in cherry dry fermentation. Cherries then placed in a sealed container and fermented in an anoxic environment for 72 hrs. Dried slowly in parabolic driers over 21 days.
