Habtamu Fikadu Washed

Our first eth of the 2026 season and they're coming out swinging. Our sample of this coffee arrived with our L100 and was our first roast on the machine and it immediately blew us away with its intense florality. Following in the foot steps of that profile we have also roasted it similarly on the s7x to retain a lot of what wowed us to thoroughly on our initial tasting.

Processing: Washed - Cherries are pulped and undergo a submerged fermentation lasting 48–72 hours depending on temperature. After washing, the parchment rests in water for another 12 hours before being dried on raised beds for 10–12 days.
