This is the washed offering from Bambito Estate, Chiriqui, Panama. This is a perfect representation of washed Panama Gesha from a farm that consistently puts out excellent coffees year after year. We suggest pairing this with the natural gesha from Bambito, available here: https://ceto.coffee/products/bambito-natural-gesha Because of the cost of this coffee, we are offering it in 20g tubes, 50g bags, and our standard 115g bags.
Intensely floral, the cup starts off with a presentation of rose petals that quickly resolves to a gentle tea-forward mouthfeel that reminds us of oolong. As you finish sipping, you will notice a pleasant and deeply sweet acidity that made us think of blood orange.
Sold on 20 tubes, and 50 and 115g bags.
